FLO 39 RETURN POLICY

All of our apparel is custom printing. This means that a product is not printed until you order it. We want you to be completely happy with your new items, so please take the time to choose the correct size, color, and options and read our return policy.

Custom Prints – All Sales Final (unless we made a mistake, of course!)

Each custom print of our graphic apparel is made just for you — because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items. Please choose your size, t-shirt type and color carefully. Sizing information is located right on the product page.

However, if we made a mistake (e.g. wrong text, incorrect colors, or design not matching your order), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll gladly send a corrected replacement or offer a full refund to you.
