SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are made-to-order and printed on demand. This way, we don't produce any waste printing items that aren't purchased. Please allow 2–6 business days for production before your item ships.
Shipping Times Once your order is produced and shipped, delivery times are:
- United States: 3–6 business days
- Total estimated delivery (production + shipping): 5–12 business days from order date
Tracking Information You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships from our production facility.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
Order Changes Because we begin production quickly, we cannot modify or cancel orders once they are placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us at flo39boutique@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Issues with Delivery
